does this app. show individual players statistics. for example be able to show me a h.u.d. much like I would have for playing online. as long as i individually entered in each hand and the action that occurred. (if not are there any android apps that do this. If not does this sound like a worthwhile venture?)

Never heard of anything like that. Doesn't seem like its worthwhile IMO.
