I made the carnal mistake of updating to iOS 11 without first ensuring my PJ backup was correct and in order.
I did have a recent PJ backup on file, but it was in HTML format and not CSV format. Not knowing the difference, I assumed HTML was fine to import into RunGood, which I purchased after PJ officially died in the conversion to iOS11.
I have since spent countless hours trying to convert my HTML PJ backup to a CSV file (which I think I did). However, the CSV does not import into RunGood, which I recently purchased to replace PJ. I emailed the creator of RunGood and attached my CSV file asking for help but no response.
I am not technologically gifted, so if anyone can offer assistance I would be most appreciative, as I have 6+ years of tons of sessions now sitting in the ether. I have PJ backups in the forms of HTML, SQLITE, & CSV yet I cannot import into RunGood.
HELP!
