I wanted to create some images for a Dealer's Choice Rules Cheat Sheet, and there were just too many layers and too much trouble to make it using conventional image editing software - so I did my own to help me with what I needed done.

This is something I've hacked together in two nights for my own needs, so it's not polished. If there's enough interest in this thread, I may later add some icons to it, port to MacOS/Linux, and setup a sourceforge home for it.
