Free StackAndTile alternative

Ciao lads,
Looking for a free alternative to StackAndTile type software. Shelling out $200,- a year for StackAndTile is a bit much considering I don't even surpass four tables when multitabling. The only reason I want to make use of such software is to resize windows a bit more conveniently - poker site I play at doesn't have an option to stack or tile - and if possible to add some hotkeys for fold/call/bet buttons.
If anyone knows of a free or one time purchase software alternative rather than an $18/month subscription, I'd love to get a message from you.
