NoteCaddy Package

Just made the switch from Mac to Windows, so have HM2 working now. Was wondering about the notecaddy packages; are they worth it? They seem like they'd be useful. Also, the two biggest seem to be the Alan Jackson NoteCaddy Advantage package and the Notecaddy Edge package - anyone knows how the two compare to each other?

Re: NoteCaddy Package

Hey derrickwa,

I'm the creator of NoteCaddy Edge. I believe it is well worth the money. With NoteCaddy Edge none of the definitions are locked, so you can edit them and see how they work. You don't need to pay to move up in limits with NoteCaddy Edge. It is much cheaper for everything besides the micros. Also we have more definitions and badges, and are continuously adding more definitions based on customer recommendations. We strive to give the best customer support possible. I believe every one of our customers is satisfied to my knowledge with our package so far. Please let me know if you have any other questions

Sincerely,
nostrakhan

Can anyone else provide a unbiased opinion? I've been looking into this, but all i seem to see is a ton of self promotion which leaves me skeptical.

Re: NoteCaddy Package

I initially purchased NCA, and it wasn't supported very well. It was like pulling teeth getting updates. The definitions are locked, so you have no idea how they did anything, and just have to assume it is correct. i emailed with a question one time, was emailed back and told to only post questions on the forum.

I found NCE, decided to look into it. Everything about it is better than NCA. The support is great. anytime i've had the simplest question, they have responded literally around the clock. Helped me with the installation on teamviewer, made a few color definition tweaks for me free of charge. They have been super helpful, and willing to listen to any suggestions to make the package better. The written documents are well done and easy to understand.

The popups are just presented so much better in NCE. There is a huge amount of info. i mean if you look at some of the screenshots i'm sure you can see the difference between the two. NCE's stuff just looks so much more professional.

And i'm not sure what NCA's current price is. At the time i think they were charging a couple buyins for whatever stake you were playing. where NCE is a flat $99, regardless of stakes. And the definitions are completely unlocked, so you are free to see how they did everything.

I'd go with NCE.

good luck!

Re: NoteCaddy Package

Hey derrickkwa did you decide on a package? I think you need to ask yourself what you want from the software and then figure it out.
