Norton + downloading Pokertracker = trouble

Norton won't let me download Pokertracker. When I try to, Norton says there is a Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP virus and won't let me download.
1. Am I correct in assuming Norton is incorrect and is detecting a virus that really isn't there?
2. If yes, do you think I should just turn off Norton while downloading Poker Tracker?
