I'm trying to make a card mod and was wondering whether all cards can be created within one svg file and then split (by layers or something) and be saved as different files?
I couldn't find an option like that in inkscape, it would make color adjustments a lot easier..

So, i've decided to try classic view and would like to do the above.

I can't find the relevent post, so could somebody tell me what i need to edit please?

you could just rename the emptyseat.svg file in classic/backgrounds/Beach Scene etc. or replace it with an empty .svg file.
there used to be an issue with missing emptyseat files so that a table could not be joined, but i think that was fixed at some point. however that shouldn't apply to you

Does Full Tilt use CAPTCHA in the chat box? I want to remove it per the instructions in this thread but I multitable and would probably get a CAPTCHA eventually.

I PM'd QuickSilver about this but still haven't gotten a reply (okay it was only yesterday, but still). I bought this deck for Stars and I really want it for FTP (exactly as it is for stars) asap.

Is anyone available to create it? Just let me know how much. If it's a problem with the TiltBuster people I'll buy another deck from the store - I don't want to piss anyone off I just want to get this deck for FTP asap.

I know there is a "simplyfree" deck or something that's available for free that is similar but the font is a little smaller and I don't like the gloss and the way the suits are in that deck.

i'm sure this has been asked a million times before but i'm too lazy to look for the answer.

i recently downloaded a card mod but when i make my tables a certain size (ie too small) the cards go back to the normal deck. anyway to fix this?

go to options / click Standard cards at all sizes

i think that's not possible. i toyed around a little with the layout.xml and the complete left panel can be removed by removing a certain line of the code. but that doesn't help. "auto post" and "sit out" would be gone too that way....

...one qustion:

Is it possible to use different tables (not backgrounds) and change them ingame? Thing is i like the original tables but i also like the glass table mod.
Is there any way to change them while fulltilt is running (like you can do with backgrounds)?

Or is there a way to link differnet tables with differnet backgrounds?
F.E. plain background + glass table.svg and midnight + original table.svg?

I guess not...

What you can do is have a fully transparent table.svg and save images of backgrounds and tables as backgrounds. This way when you open a table you can change the look of it via the background option. I think its best to use .png as an extension purely for the reason it scales better than jpeg.

^^If you decide to go the transparent table route, and add the table image to your background, it will help a great deal if you determine what size table you typically play on and then save all of your backgrounds to that exact size. Then scaling will not be an issue.

For example, I always play in a quadrant, so each table is the same size. All you need to do is take a screenshot and then determine the exact measurements from that. Works great for me.

Sometimes i play 2 tables (2 "big" ones) sometimes 4 tables (4 "small" ones)
What i never do is like playing with one big table and some smaller ones on the side.


Does this have an impact?


One question more: Just did my first tests. I deleted the table.svg without replacing it and it worked. Do i really need to create a transparent one?

If you just delete it the client will look for it and this may cause you some serious lagging issues. At least it used to... never tried this since the latest update.

Then I would suggest making backgrounds of each size. (Ex. Vegas Large, Vegas Small or whatever)

I don't think this is a problem anymore. I have deleted mine and typically 12 table w/ HEM + TableNinjaFT and I don't experience lag issues.

...yup, seems to work fine without a table.svg file.
