I made some cards to play with because the lowres FTP cards were tilting me. They're not fancy but they're clean and easy to read.

No installer, it's just a bunch of SVGs.
Extract with 7zip/winrar. Paste over Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Graphics\NewTable\Common\Cards (you might wanna back up the old cards first though)

as far a tableninja compatible decks they have to have a white area at a certain spot for TNFT to detect them.

Hello modders, im drawing quite a bit and familar with photoshop. But luck on knowledge how excatly integrate works in poker clients (i knew about gx.ini on stars and replacing files and xml code on fulltilt but still have a lot of unknown things and not familar with this part of modding).

First i drew a full suits deck in Inkskape and saved it in SVG. Some elements were not render correctly when i pasted it in FTP (blur doesn't work and the shade was too hard and strict because of it). I talk a bit to pelorojo and found that AI may save to svg too... so decided to draw in it and thought it will fix all bugs (that can caused by inksape).

I just finished to draw FTP deck (only hearts for test) in adobe illustrator, but when i replaced files in FTP client NewTable\Common\Cards\Hearts and run FTP client to test i c, that it looks completly different from what i c in AI. Why so? Must i somehow rasterizate AI files, or maybe merge layers to make looks identical, how can i fix the problem and whats the reason of it appearing (as i doubt AI and FTP render or understand some SVG code different)?



Wait for help. WIll be nice if designers make video tuttorials how to draw and integrate mods to clients (using as example their work, when they are integrating themself new made mods).

I can't address all of your questions, but here a couple of things

1. when you are finished with the fonts, you must convert them to paths - in inkscape select all font images then go to Path>Object>Convert to path

2. when using transparencies - you can adjust opacity in the color mixer, but sometimes changing opacity in the "Fill and Stroke" window has issues



3. If you must have blur effects - export the blurred object as a png image - import the png back into your drawing (maiking sure to "embed" the image)

or, simply convert vector image w/ blur to a bitmap, on the spot (ALT + B), & then delete vector.

Question. I ve got a dealer button that I import to inkscape. If I copy/paste from photoshop, I don't know how to delete the white space around it and make it transparent.

If I import it through a PNG file, it doesn't look as good as it should in the poker client. Any ideas?

This is three manifestations of the Stars button. One of them is a screenshot of it as a png file in the dealerbutton.svg file for FTP. Can you tell which one?

No, but this is how the same dealer button looks on both clients. I am certain that if I made it from scratch on inkscape, it would look better. It probably needs to be made into vector graphics but have no clue how to do it.

Clearly the top left on full tilt is far better. What are you trying to tell me?

And where do the other two from PS come from?
