For those interested I found out how to add bigger player colors in my classic table layout.
here is what worked for me.......use at your own risk.
(1) Save the image in the following post.

(2) Make sure FTP is shut down and go to C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Graphics\NewTable\Common\Pod
(3) rename rankdiodes.png to Rankdiodes2.png (so you can use it if the above doesnt work)
(4) Copy the image you down loaded in step 1 to this folder and make sure it is renamed rankdiodes.png
(5) Open up FTP and see if they line up when you select a color.
(6) If they line up correctly then you are done, if not goto step 7
(7) Go to C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Graphics\NewTable\Classic
(8) Find a file layout.xml .....right click.....edit (in notepad or some other text editor)
(9) scroll to around 10% off the bottom of the page and you will find a section called {layouts}
(10) You will find the following two lines

{image_object x="5" y="17" url="Graphics/NewTable/Common/PodBadges/rank-diode-%1.svg" id="rank_badges" /}
I found by changing the X and Y values from 5 and 17 to 0 and 0 the above images lined up
(11) save the above changes and restart FTP, the images should line up.
