thanks for the kind words. i´m building a site actually and i will offer a wide collection of mods. complete themes, tables, decks, chips, buttons, lobbies... nearly everything which is possible to mod. most mods will be for stars and ftp but i will offer my work also for other clients. there will be some freebies and mods for a very small price too, but being honest i plan to make some money out of it.

site is already up and running, so technical part is finished and actually i´m building some new mods. here is a preview of the theme i´m doing right now...

guys, im having a problem changing the theme on my MAC. i have an up to date zip that was given to me as a .rar file also as apparently thats what MAC needs. anyways i replace the old folders with the new folders but when i log on and try to do the three card security confirmation there are no visible cards at all. any helps?

I'm looking to edit the Rank Diode. I see a layout line under both Classic and Race Track. But does Rank Diode have it's own layout code? How does it know the "Rank" when you pick the green one or the red one?

been reading for a while on this forum, now my first post.i guess it's understandable but i'm german...

i've made a layout from what i've found here and i edited a font color in the layout.xml as described. there are just two things that bother me and i don't know how to change.




as you can see the upper pods are hidden by the table, the middle one so far that you cant see the time. i'd like to move the table a little down, can i edit the svg(never worked with these files) or assign a different position in the layout.xml or does that affect the whole layout like pod positions?the two pods to my left and right cover the table, so it would work if i move the table down? and second, if it's possible i'd like to change the blue color when the bet amount is highlighted to red, where in the layout file can i do that?

for the pod/timer issue there are two solutions...

a) you can edit the table.svg and add the viewbox attribute to the header...

for example you table has a height of 400px and a width of 200 than your header have to look like this:

this will scale down your table 20px of the heigth and 20px of the width also it will fix the position for the scaled table by moving it 10px to the right and 10 px to the bottom.

b) you can edit layout.xml and switch the z-level value to 1 instead of -1. this will bring your pods to the front.

changing positions in layout.xml is possible but needs a deeper knowledge how the whole table and stuff are build. mostly it will cause more trouble than benefits.

changing highlighting color isn´t possible as far as i know.

the layout of a table contains several "boxes" in which objects are grouped. f.e. the pods consists of the pod on/ pod off/ pod lid, timer, rankdiode, avatar, hole cards, etc. what is done in the layout.xml is to group this object in a virtual coordinate system. the rankdiodes are a set of icons in a png file. which icon is selected and will be shown is done in the software and not in the configuration file.

It's my 5.4 Arial deck that was always free on the forums here. The pokerstars version needs a little mild updating before I release it again, so the suited hole cards have some edge definition, instead of looking like they merged together.

The gothic deck was a modified version of the 5.4 deck with a different font and some bevel effects on the card faces/suits.

This is just too good not to post it here.
So a friend of mine has been asking me for a while to redo my Gucci theme in gray as he thought it might look better on his monitor. I have been a bit busy so i have been ignoring him but yesterday i found myself with some free time and decided to give it a go and see what happens. I think i actually like it better than the original as it is a lot easier on the eyes.


Then as i progressed working on it i decided to test drive it and registered for this tourney. 5 and change hours later:

Sounds like it could be an incomplete 4 color deck installed. What are the contents of your Cards folder?

Can anyone tell me why my hand history doesn't work? I set a new background and tables all buttons changed and another stuff and when I want to look up HH it send me the error.

It is on it's own separate panel so I just Ctrl + Right-Click and Drag it into the basepod. You can download the HUD config from that thread and import it to HM.

i'd like to remove the empty seats from the table but if i remane the emptyseats.svg i can't join a cash game table since i need to click on it. i'd like to make the empty seats transparent but still clickable,but i'm a noob with svg,can i leave the areas and make the color transparent? i tried a transparent svg file but it didn't work. and i removed the buttons in the upper corners, there is just text now but when i click it the button appears, which file do i have to not use or rename, i think it doesn't work cause i can't click it, tried a couple of files. is the solution the same as to my other problem.

Sometimes I find when i just "save" after modifying an .svg, the file disappears/doesnt work. But if I "save as" I then have the option to "embed" the .svg and all shows up fine.

I made some transparent seats and corner buttons, but found with the corner buttons, that any fiddling with the transparency of the files you are referring to (buttons that only show when clicked) results in buttons that dont work.

Customers from outside of the USA will have to use only their correct email address for now. You can enter any nonsense for the other fields. i recommend a single 'x' for all the alpha fields, and 99999 and 999-999-9999 for the Zip Code and Phone.
