Need help setting up TableNinja, specifically the SNG Sensei feature

I am a SNG grinder looking to increase his volume with the aid of TableNinja2, specifically with the SNG Sensei feature. I'm wondering if someone can help me set up the SNG Sensei to my liking, with regards to registering for tournaments, how much to play in a session, when to register to new ones, etc.
