Considering going MAC and it appears that PT3 and FTP are both available and functioning in mac format. Curious if there was an equivalent to pokerstove that was mac friendly?

Thanks,

Zach

Steve Mcleod, the fella behind Poker CoPilot actually built one this weekend that is available for download now (Called poker zebra): http://pokercopilot.com/downloads/Po...0_2.zip?s=blog. Doesn't support hand ranges yet but he is working on it.

Alternatively, you can use stove on a mac with Wine (winehq.org). Works perfect.

fyi, pt3 for mac SUCKS....it locks up the OS all of the time....i'm running a 24 inch imac with 4gb ddr3 ram, emailed pt many times and they can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it....just stay with PC if you're going to be playing a lot of pokers

I've had the opposite experience with it. I'm running PT3 on a Mac Mini, a Macbook Pro and a new iMac and it does the job well.

I've been using copilot for the last year and just installed PT3 last night. Took me ages to get my head around it and get the HUD set up but first impressions are pretty good. Not noticed any significant performance issues at all. I'm on a 2ghz unibody macbook with 2gb ram.

Keep in mind if your totally bumming you can run windows on your mac. Have to by the windows os separate of course. Boot up in window to play poker and run the mac os for everything else if it comes down to it.

how does pokercruncher compare to pokerstove? seems to be pretty advanced on mac with less feature on iphone and ipad.

also, would a HUD like PT4 have all the features of pokerstove?
