Looking for card mods for word/excel/powerpoint editor

Hello, anybody know when I can find card mods for word/excel/powerpoint editor to be able to past it as image ? Need it to be able to introduce it in my notes as images instead of typing Qc, Ks etc .
Looking for something like below (but in separte mode for each card) or in 4 color deck like in pt4 :
Maybe there is some code which we can type and it will change for such format in word?
