After downloading my first 80k+ hands without a problem, I have not been able to download any HH's for the past 6 months. I click on the button that requests the download. Then it says that the download has been requested. Then it stays like that for 5-7 days before changing to 'download period finished'. I have been on the phone with bovada customer service multiple times and they take me through very generic solutions like update java or turn your modem off and on. Nothing has worked. So I'm trying to figure out why?

So far I tried to use different computers, routers, and modems. I have factory reset my modems and routers. I have turned my firewall off. I have removed the software and redownloaded using chrome and firefox. I have updated Java and Adobe Flash. Nothing has worked.

I am currently using Windows 7 with windows defender and firewall.

My question is: Is there something on my system that could be blocking the text files from coming in? Is there a process that I need to give special permission to? Is there a port that I need to open? What could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't played on there for awhile, but am pretty sure the download period is only 7 days. So if you are attempting to get anything beyond that i don't think it is possible. When i played on there i just grabbed them daily.
