Do you mean "how do I replay in the FT client a hand that I've just played there?" or do you mean hands that you played say the day before? Or perhaps you don't mean replay hands when you write "view hand history"?

You need to try harder to explain your problem! "...it's still not working for me..." doesn't tell me which part of the process of replaying is failing in your case. Do you appreciate that?

HAVE YOU SET UP SAVING YOUR HAND HISTORIES?

From the FAQ

In order to use this feature all you need to do is sit at a table and click on the ‘Table’ menu in the top left corner and select ‘Instant Hand History’ to open the Hand History Panel.

You can also access them via the link above or if on desktop you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + I.

Whichever method you use, the hand histories will be there. Please note that if you close the software the hand histories will not be stored unless you have specified otherwise.
From the FAQ

We have a graphical hand replay feature available which allows you to see a full replay of previous hands you have played. When using our default table theme (‘Mercury’), simply click the replay button in the top left of the table window.

When using some of our other table themes, look for a red button in the top left hand corner of the table window.

A new window will open, giving you the opportunity to replay previous hands.

This e-mail from them helped:
if you are missing some features in the software, you may be using the .NET version.

The .NET version is the "play money only" version of our software used in advertising, and does not have features such as instant hand reply. These options are available in the full-feature version of the software, which you can download from our website at:

http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/download/

Since both versions may be installed on your computer, you may want to uninstall the .NET software to avoid any further confusion.
