I've had this happen twice so far and I'm not really sure whats causing it, I play on Intertops if that helps anyone/anyone has the same problem

Playing PLO (I don't play NL so I don't know if this is a common problem in NL as well) we end up getting it in on the turn and for whatever reason the hand just cuts off in HM, does not show the river and assumes I lose the hand even if I get it in ahead when it cuts off, which makes no sense.

Usually reimporting the session fixes it but does anyone know how I can avoid having to reimport at the end of every session?
