PokerStars SW BUG? SUPERUSER POSSIBILITY? PokerStars SW BUG? SUPERUSER POSSIBILITY?

Yesterday my friend played on pokerstars and he contacts me on AIM:
"lol, I just found a bug in pokerstars software."
I was very curious what should it be and he told me, that he saw an opponents cards for a while in one hand. He said that when he hover over the player position, he was able to see his cards. He saw cards of only one opponent and only in one hand. After this it doesn't happen again. His opponent had AA and he open-shoved pre-flop. Everybody fold.
I laugh at first but then I realized, what if there is any superuser possibility? My friend isn't like highstakes baller or something, he played some stupid freeroll. He's not grinder or something. But what if this happens in Sunday Million for example. Or cash game? What if somebody can find a leak and saw opponents cards whole time?
If PokerStars is the biggest poker site, they should work on their software first. That's some serious stuff...

Yeah I'm not saying to stop playing. And I would like to take sarcasm aside. I'm not joking and that guy who told me that is not kind of person who like to make things up. He's honest and I trust him.

everyone lies, even about things they shouldn't lie about or things that are obvious lies.
I can assume your freerolling friend is not too happy with his state of affairs in the poker world, or his life altogether.

I have and had freerolling buddies, and even was a freeroller myself for a few weeks.
I know you've heard about impossible beat stories ("omg I lost AA vs KK vs QQ vs JJ vs TT!!! I SWEAR!!!", "wow they hit 3 1 outers vs me today!", etc), which is the most common example of freeroller/micro player dementia.

what is more likely:
1. a single occurrence of superuser abilities happened during some ******** freeroll, to your friend who plays ~100 hands per day at most, and in this occurrence the offended player had exactly AA and chose to open shove.

2. a common occurrence of a desperate stupid friend with a small habit of lying or feathering the truth, seeking compassion, vengeance or simply attention.

if you can't bet on the correct odds, this probably isn't the hobby for you.
take your friend out to dinner or something, my best guess he just needs someone to pay attention to him for a little while.

Like I said - he's not the person who needs to make things up, neither to have attention. He have regular job, he likes what he is doing and he is playing poker really just for fun. He knows that he will not be some poker pro etc.
Some people just don't have to lie. He is that person. I trust him for more than 100%, he is my close friend.

I know - it sounds ridiculous. And nobody here will probably trust this story. His fault was that he didn't make a screenshot.

I've asked him for some detailes and he said, that some players were eliminated so he was moved to another table. Like not imediately. He was moved out, he still saw his old table with new players, his cursor was on his seat. Cards were dealt and he saw AA and he moved his cursor out and cards disappear. That player moved allin, everybody fold and then he was moved to another table.

This has been reported in these forums a number of times and is generally accepted to be a security risk about playing there. The fpp program is so good that most people tend to overlook it. I suggest emailing stars but they will likely just give you a canned response but if enough people email them maybe they'll fix it
