HM2/NC definitions, badges, ready to go!!??

What are some HM2/NC packages that has the HUD ready to go and a bunch of definitions ready and also option to make more for a fee??...badges too since I play on US network.
I know of some but I haven't been around for awhile so looking to see if any updates on this.
If you could list a few with pros/cons and I can research that would be great!
