HM - Lost stars Hand Histories

Hi,
Does anyone know how I can ensure that holdem manager never looses hand histories? I know that you can set the number of days in the PS client you want to keep hands for but is there anything in holdem manager that has a similar setting? I think I have lost hand histories from last year. This might be due to the fact I had to reinstall stars a few months back but just wondered if anyone has any advice..
