this is what i send HEM2 support is there anyone who could solve it before HEM support reply?

Hi,

I have problem with starting HEM2. I installed HEM2 and had .NET Framework 4.0 (after it didnt work i upgraded .NET Framework to newest vesion on official website). Everytime i try starting HEM2 a pop up errorr pops up with:

"To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framewrok:
v4.0
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework."

I recently reinstaled from windows XP to windows 7. Before I didnt have any problem with installing .NET Framework. I googled and find that i have to download lates updates of windows (i installed all updates that i could find) and use .NET Framework eraser (or something like that from their site), remove .NET Framework and install it again (4.0v). Restart computer, install lates version of .NET Framework and restarted again then installed HEM2. I tried all combination of the following and it didnt work. Still same error occured.

I dont think there is problem with .NET Framework so thats mean i have problem with windows somewhere. Could you send my link to where i can download lates servis pack so i have all what is needed to run HEM2. Or have you any other suggestion where is problem?
