Eh.. What's up w/ Carbon/Lock?

I dont want to get another warning for not combing through the rules and regulations, but i assume by reason of logic, this is where i post about "poker software." and things pertaining to "poker software". If i'm wrong gfy, i quit.

anywho..

Carbon/Lock seems to be somewhat retarded. Was working for a little bit, then I started getting this message every time I closed an empty table, or opened a new table. Also when I logged in/restarted the software I would get it if I was currently sitting at any tables. Obviously i can't act with that error message sitting there, except occasionally being able to hit enter and min-bet/minraise..which was awesome.. and when you click "OK", or the "X", software closes.

"JET RUNTIME HAS DETECTED UNRECOVERABLE ERROR #3 (system exception). Please, contacct the vendor of this application. Extra information about this error is saved in the "jet_err_3980.txt"file.

I'm hoping one of you amazingly smart peeps on here might have come across this at one point or another and have a solution. Every other site works to perfect, only Lock/Carbon is giving me this error.

I'm trying to get help from Lock support, but it's a whole other world. I'm playing on Lock, but the error occurs on both of them.

OK GUYS, ITS YOUR CHANCE TO HELP WOO U CAN DO IT YAAAAAAAAA
