Nothing serious. Testers found some bugs. I want to release a minimum of errors.

StarsHelper - It's not about functionality but supply and demand. If you think the regs will have a real need for you program then you should charge a reasonable amount that will as a minimum cover your future expenses to maintain this. Your customers will want you to continue to support it and not abandon it. Selling it for 10 euros is not going to achieve that. You customer base will be mostly regs who care about things like playing a game expressed in BBs (fishes just click buttons) so your player pool will be small, but at the same time happy to purchase something that adds value to their game. Why not release a trial without announcing a price. See how people like and how many download it. You will get a better feel for the demand out there.

Personally I think it feels like something that should be selling for $40-50 as one off fee.

PS The company I work for operates a German package called SAP; we are about to buy an add on software from a company that syncs data from server A to server B. That's it. It does the job really well and its reliable and one of the very few companies that do this properly. Price tag? $750,000! Every big company needs it and they sell it. Why not build it ourselves? Because we will spend $2 million dollars doing so and it will be crap and because we are not in the business of building system software. So we pay the 750K.
Same for your program nobody can afford to learn winapi32 or assembly. You are the only supplier out there for this. Regs don' have time building software because Time = $hourly. You do it for them so charge a reasonable amount. That's all there is to it.

It is easily undermined by changes to Stars or by other software providers.

There is a problem Buccaneers (pirat). If the program is too expensive, it is easier (though not secure) use pirated versions.
My motivation in further development, the addition of new options. If the program becomes more useful, it is likely that the new options will cost more.
I'm a production function "Money To BB", earlier than the rest, because it is one of the few functions that are not implemented in any other program.

StarsHelper, please make sure your prog does not alter the window titles (buy-in and blind level) and I'm happily looking forward to testing. Also, get rid of the leading apostrophes please, maybe change that to "bb", eg "Pot: 23.5bb".
