I don't know a program so I tell you how I do it.
You can do it at the table yourself and get close to the right % chance of catching. Count your outs and multiply by 2 per card left to come. For an example you have a flush draw. You have two clubs in your hand and two clubs are on the flop. There is 13 clubs in the deck minus the 4 known clubs gives you 9 outs. 9 x2(for the turn card) x2(for the river card)= 36% chance of hitting the flush.

Soon you will know them when you see them because the same ones come up so offen.
flush = 9 outs
flush with gutshot = 12 outs
flush with open ended str8 draw = 15 outs
gutshot = 4outs
open ended str8 draw = 8 outs
two over cards = 6 outs
