No company is allowed to make for profit posts on 2p2 without buying an advertising package or sponsoring a forum. As a result our thread was removed and our accounts banned.

Our attempts at making an advertising deal that reflected the small income this software produces were refused.

The software and site will continue to be supported just do a google search for "Cake Hand Converter". The only thing that has changed is that we aren't allowed to mention our site's url or promote it on these forums.

We will try to answer basic questions and support users in this thread as much as possible here but for quicker responses please use e-mail.

Is this a known issue?

I need some help.
This is a known issue as it can't handle different windows language settings.

Re: Cake Hand History Converter

just as an FYI I bought the converter (mostly for convenience). It has worked well for me for the most part, but when I did run into a few problems and I gave them some suggestions their support has been fast, courteous and helpful.

Whenever you change your screename you must close the cakepoker client before playing on the new name. If you don't then the cakepoker client will not write the hand histories correctly and they will all look like observed hands.

Re: Cake Hand History Converter

Sorry, but this thread is now locked because CakeHandConverter has continued to break the forums terms and conditions even when warned numerous times that they have broken the rules. If you wish to reach the company for tech support you can contact them at http://www.cakehandconverter.com/Support.aspx?id=main, they can no longer use the 2+2 forums to promote or support their product. Please direct all anger to the developers of the Cake Hand Converter, if they would have worked in a non-spammy manner within the 2+2 community then this would have never happened.
