Here's a slightly better version of the hypersimple table. The table face was cleaned up a bit and the edge of the table was brought down to go just inside the 6 oclock player's box.
Here are the waffle cards rearranged in Bovada order if anyone is interested. They look OK but Bovada hole cards are half cards and the waffles don't work there.
How they look:
I'm just going to stick with the Bovada 4 color cards which are fine even if they're not waffles.
Been working on modding my bovada tables since I've made it my home. Lifted the deck work from an FTP thread circa 2009 i think. The backgrounds are mine. The card backs are from tiltbuster, i had to ghetto rig them to work in this client.
Been reading the entire thread, and still not quite sure how to install these custom mods. I would love to install the black one, pictured above. Could someone please post a step by step walk through, on a first grade level, how to install this mod? Thanks guys.
If you want the black one you quoted, you will have to get the files from octopus, I have not seen them posted. Once you get those. The steps I listed in post #6 (I think) are about as basic as it gets. Where are you having trouble? Post #8 has a link to my files if you want those.

I'm still waiting for the images to be posted too. Love the black table and blue cards!

I will give it a shot, thanks.

It's so easy on the eyes. I hope he post the files for us soon.
Yeah, It took some playing, but I was able to mod chips. They don't look perfect. I honestly just played around in Mac's application "preview" and was able to get some to look pretty good. I'm at work now but I'll snap a screenshot later.
I'm not very savy at this table mod stuff, so can someone help me please? I've made it from Bovada>bg. Once there, then what? I want to make a black background instead of the Green or Red that they have. Thanks!
Most probably won't find this useful, but I created a dirty little mod from the card faces posted earlier. I use an extremely low contrast and brightness setup to avoid eye strain, so I needed higher visibility suits. I achieved this by putting little colored squares on top of cards in order to differentiate them. Have fun.
I recently started playing poker again, and joined Bovada. Naturally I felt the site needed a face-lift, so I decided to convert some of my old FTP mods that were sold commercially on Fozzy's site and later on my own site (both now closed). Anyhow, here's my "Arcadia" theme, along with my "Deluxe" chipset, a dealer button, and a sick new deck of cards I made.
I spent a ton of time on this, so it's not free. Send me a PM if interested.
Here's a new modpack - PokerStars clone for Bovada
It includes multiple table/background options, chips (both cash & tourney), 2 buttons, and two decks (PokerStars' default deck and Simple deck). Since the hole cards on Bovada only show half the face, I remade the Simple deck(aka Waffle). I removed the small card rank in the upper left and raised the large rank to the top half of the card.
The Bovada client uses a "table_Background" image with an overlay "table_Foreground" image. The default background image is essentially just the top border and the area below the table where the chat box and betting buttons are. I discovered that by using a transparent foreground image and instead modding the background image you can gain some valuable real estate for nicer looking mods.
Here are a few that I just made (using old favorites I'd originally created for FTP). I'm adding these 4 to the Arcadia Mod pack.
