This is so annoying... can someone please tell me where I'm going wrong!

I've created a start.bat in my /ParadisePoker folder which contains the following:

xcopy /Y /E .\_original\*.* .\data\
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c start "Paradise Poker" "C:\Program Files\ParadisePoker\poker.exe"
echo Please wait until the client has loaded and then hit a random key...

xcopy /Y /E .\_mod\*.* .\data\

I have _original and _mod folders in my /ParadisePoker folder
I moved the new files into the _mod folder
I moved the corresponding original files into the _original folder (am I supposed to move them or copy them? I've tried both and had the same problem...)

I then open start.bat and in the black box it says:

.\_original\position_active.png (this is the first file in the _original folder)
Access denied
Please wait until the client has loaded etc...
