Beta Testers wanted for my new Party Poker App

I have written a small app for Party Poker.
It allows you to instantly see the win rates for everyone at a cash table before you sit down. This is very similar to the Table Tracker add-on that comes with Poker Tracker, but does not require an on-going fee.

There are some restrictions;

1) You must have a Poker Tracker Database, the app uses the data within the database to function. While you dont need an active Poker Tracker subscription, it would be difficult to update the database without one.

2) Obviously you need Party Poker.

The app attaches to the Party Poker window, and minimises with it. The app can only be started after you have logged in, and there is no installer, no spyware or anything installed in registry. Its a stand alone exe file, that doesnt require an internet connection, so will NEVER compromise your accounts or computer.

The accuracy of the software is totally reliant on the volume in your database. The more hands you have, the better. You can even click on the winrates for a more detailed player report before you decide to sit down, or join the waiting list. The detailed player report is fairly basic, so any feedback on expanding this would helpful.

I am looking for up to 20 testers, who will provide honest feedback after playing around with it for a while. I will then update the app to reflect these changes. All beta testers will get a free copy of the app when its finished, it will work on all stake levels, and will be a lifetime licence. For comparision, the top level Table Tracker app goes for about $250 a year.

I have uploaded a short youtube video, showing the app in action.

Take a look, let me know what you think.

If I'm not allowed to post this link, let me know and please remove it. Sorry

If you want to take part in the Beta, post here to say you have sent me a PM. Then PM me your email address and approximate size of your database. I am currently running it on 600k hands, and would like to see how it performs on bigger databases.

Many thanks for taking a look!

PS, I am also working on a sit n go app, auto seater, and other various bit and bobs for Party Poker. So watch this space.

Are people not interested in this? I thought it would be quite useful.

Any constructive critism is welcome.

You should ask yourself, which advantage this provides to players... You could say, it's helps spotting winning/loosing player at the SELECTED table. And that already the main issue. you need to scoll through the table list, wait for stats to update... and remember if this table is good or a visited before would be better to join.

people are way better off using table selection tool which display list of table, player stats and allow filtering....

what you have done is at best a technical demo, where the main difficulties are getting the syslistcontrol data and reading the pt database, which is not that difficult....

if you want to make it useful, you should try to add a column to table list in which you display number of fishes/sharks ... not sure if possible as i never tried, but there is a chance....

Thanks for the feeback, this is totally possible. This is the kind of things I want to hear ;-) It wouldnt be a new column, rather an overlay, like a hud, but it would work exactly the same.

Thankyou for taking the time to post.

Would you rather the app just suggested tables based on filters?
