We finally got Merge to offer a large grtd, large buy-in "weekly" PLO8 MTT. If you cannot afford the $109 buy-in, the next PLO8 satellite for this MTT starts today at 4 PM EST!

Please, if at all possible, try to play! The more people turnout for its debut, or if the grtd amount is met, we can expect to have this MTT on a weekly basis!

Also, please spread the word to anyone who you think may be interested in playing.

Sick structure too: 7500 starting stack, and 15 min. blinds' levels which start at 10/20!!!

In "more details" the starting stack is listed as 7500, yet when one registers it's only 5000. Hopefully by some miracle Merge will be able to change it to 7500 before the MTT starts...

I'm looking to make a good boat tournament with a guaranteed, but the buy-in is too high, because it is best tournament on Sunday with $ 11 buy-in, 3k or 5k turbo mode chips to start I think it would be nice secured with a 15k, is easily going to count the number of players needed for that purpose. About 2 years ago I won a tournament of 4,40 $ buy-in and we were more than 1k Players.

I think about 135 or close to it so they got more than the 100 they needed.

Two droolers to my right one pots to 70 the other calls. I call with AA44, and RuddhaBuddha in his infinite wisdom pot raises to 450 or so with JJ52. Both droolers call so I repopped for over half my stack to like 2500. RB instacalls and the droolers both fold. Flop is 559 GG me.

Karma's a bitch. I lol'd when I saw RuddhaBuddha at my table...

Yeah, the play overall was absolutely horrendous. By the types of starting hands that people were playing and pushing on flops, it was obvious there were many who had absolutely no clue about PLO8. If only I could have actually ran somewhere near inline w/ EV. No point posting these bad beats, but yesterday was ridiculous, way too many instances where my 65-85% equity on turn would end up getting scooped or 1/4ered on the river. I busted right out of the money. When my top 2 with redraws got scooped on the river, by the drooler making his runner, runner flush...

But overall I think this mtt will be great over time, as long as Merge doesn't **** it up somehow... A chance at parlaying your $100 into $4K on a weekly basis, ain't bad.
Unless they change it, it's Thursday. Some expressed interest in having it on Sunday, but yesterday's turnout was better than expected by most, so Merge may keep it on Thursdays.
