not really. the concept of the game is much more complicated then plo imo.
especially when you knew to hi lo games. i had a really hard time in my first months because when i had Q high flush and 7 high low i thought it will be ok for at least one pot but boom, left to me nutflush, right to me nut low :-)
bluffs dont work that often either (most on non low boards)

but once you get confident with your game, you will love it

Perhaps the rules are slightly more difficult than in PLO hi, but I find grinding PLO hi psychologically exasperating. PLO8 is a more relaxed game for me and it does make some money.

There is way more volume at PLO. But I find PLO to be much much more swingy than PLO8.
