Diamond PLO8 Answering Questions

Hi,

I play a lot of high stakes PLO8 (and do ok) and am looking to answer questions from anyone interested in the game.

Not going to go into a ton of detail but free advice for those who want it.

Re: PLO8 Answering Questions

Welcome

pretty much each thread is a question.

the threads marked with a are limit o8 hands,
those marked with a are plo8 and
those with a are NLO8.

MTT and SNG hands should(but may not) have that format indicated in the thread title.

so go forth, read some threads, and provide some answers.

I am sure the original posters of each thread (op) will appreciate that you took the time, and your willingness to share your experience.

Re: PLO8 Answering Questions

My questions for the OP:

What is the biggest difference in play/mindset between MTTs and cash?

What are the big differences in play between high stakes and lower stakes cash?

Do mid/high stakes cash players play similarly or is there a wide variety of styles (e.g. tight low variance and aggro high variance)?

Do you think the median cash player is better or worse since BF?

What do you think are the biggest mistakes players make in PLO8?

Would you play the blinds differently in cash vs. a MTT?

Re: PLO8 Answering Questions

OP,

Feel free to share your wisdom in existing threads. This forum doesn't give posters their own "ask me" thread unless it's a well, and there has to be some kind of showing that doing one would be in the forum's interest.
