anways...

I am interested in who's out there crushing or being crushed in the donkaments and also i am wondering who's who of the 2+2 regs on stars and ftp(if and when it returns).

so to subscribe to this thread divuldge your usernames and possibly what mtt's u play.
Post any info on upcoming mtt's or final table sweats, monthly stats etc.

post relevant hands if its at a final table but dont clog it up with bad beats ha

Also is it possible to use a hand converter that has the usernames of the players? way better talkin about hands if u know who the villain is right..

so i am billygstar and stars and billygoatg on ftp and play all stakes. I am now tryin to get back into playing as many mtt's on stars as i can after BF and then ftp going down :/

or any other networks ofcourse.

I don't think there's any specific prohibition to threads like this, but I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for it to take off. Most people prefer to keep their SNs private. Also, talking about other players specifically (by including their SNs in hand conversions) is frowned upon usually.

That said, fwiw, I play on merge, cake, and bodog. Not posting SNs.

I just started playing on Merge (Sucks to be a US poker player!).

67% ROI after 36 Tournaments (huge sample size, right?) 2 wins one 2nd.

Btw if anyone else wants to see their stats on sharkscope let me know, I have 152 searches and now that poker is banned in my region I doubt ill ever be using them.

That's pretty much my take on it too.

You seem to want everything related to PLO8 mtt to go into this thread, billygstar. I think that would be a mess. I much prefer to have a different thread for each posted hand history, unless it's a hand history that's posted in the monthly miscellaneous (aka "catch all," aka "low content") thread. But there's no specific rule against posting more than one hand in a thread.

We're already labeling all pot-limit threads with :diamond:. Most threads and posts in this forum are related to pot-limit Omaha-8. There are thousands of PLO8 mtt threads. If you put PLO8 mtt in the title of a thread, that will make it pretty clear to everyone.

But whatever. I considered merging your thread into the monthly miscellaneous thread. But I prefer to leave things the way users post them and there seems no harm in letting this thread stay as a separate thread, at least for now.

I can't speak for the other moderators of this forum, but my long standing policy is to delete reference to anyone who objects to having their screen name used, even if he/she used it himself/herself.

Probably would.

Might not to you, but it might give someone, who was able to put the screen name of a poster with strategy and tactics posts made by that poster, a huge advantage.

Merge payouts are ridiculous! Instead of paying top 10% they are paying 20% in a lot of these (with min cash being at or less than your buyin). What is the point? The best part is they go hand for hand when you are three from the money. Grrrrrrrr.

Let's see how much fun it is to do a cashout... just about ready for my first attempt.

Yeah, they jump from paying out 5 to paying out 10 (i think at 60 people) instead of having an between level where they payout 7 or 8. The top heaviness I meant was 1st getting like 25% and 7th close to 4%. I would like that slope to be a little flatter and go from like 18% for 1st to 6% for 7th.

Edit: and mincashes be a couple bucks over buyin (for when 20 get paid).
