Just to get the ball rolling ive a few questions below, obviously dont answer if you dont want too
1.plo8 or nlo8 and why?
2.have you any children and how do you cope with playing and looking after them at the same time?
3.the opponent who gives you the biggest problesm.
4.do you bet on sports and what would be your biggest extravagance or vice?
5.what one thing would you most like to change about yourself and what thing would the person closest to you change in your opinion
thanks a lot for hosting this

1.NLO8
It just appears to me that it takes more skill to play PLO8 than it does NLO8. Therefore the fish are drawn more to the NL side of the game than the PL version of it. And I am a fisherman afterall. I believe the weaker games are NL. For enjoyment sake though, I enjoy playing PLO8 more so. For the bottom line, for which it is all about i'll take NLO8.
2. 4 kids...................... that i know of.
No seriously I have 4 daughters, 8, 7, 2 and 4 weeks.
This is not an easy feat let me tell you, as I write this I just finished feeding and burping my 4 week old. All afternoon we were dealing with preparing and hosting my 2yr olds party at Chuck E Cheese. Very rarely do I play and look after them at the same time. The only times I can remember doing this simultaneously is when I am playing in tournaments and my wife needs to run out and grab something or my tournament started before she got home. Other than that I will sit out of the cash games and do what I need to do. This is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge benefit of being a cash game player over a tournament player. The flexibility!

3. hmmmmmmmmm........ if I had to pick just one.......... i'm going to have to think about this one, I will probably change my answer a couple times.
But if I go with just recently it would have to be jjjouweling, guy IMO is definitely the most improved player of the last 6 months. Played almost perfectly versus me, almost to the point that it appeared he could see my cards.
If I go with over the course of my career, i'm going to think about this one and get back to you.
4. I do bet on sports, for fun.
I bet NFL and some college football. I love watching football on the weekends, and betting games definitely makes it more fun to watch. But I have never wagered an amount that really made me sweat. I bet just to add another element of interest into the game. More so to tell my close friends , I can pick more winners than you. I believe my biggest sports bet was a $500 one I made these playoffs, when I picked my beloved Cowboys over the Vikings, and we all know how that went. My avg would have to be $50 or $100.
4b. Spending habits overall. I do a bad job of managing my expenses.
I don't think I have a "vice" per say. I don't do drugs, anymore. I don't go to strip clubs, regularly. I don't really bet big on sports. I don't gamble, to get rich. But I probably spend more money than I need to on most things.
5. Wow what a self reflective question.
I'm going to answer my portion of this question later along with question 3. But as far as what she would most like to change in me is my procrastination/punctuality. She wishes I wouldn't put off so many things and get them done, now! And being on time. As a poker player it seems that we have way less regard for time. We don't have that "regular" job where you have to set alarm clocks and the "don't be late or else" consequence. And i've let it carry over into my everyday life somewhat. But in my defense, this is something i've struggled with my whole life, not just post poker.

I used to be an exclusive PLO8/NLO8 cash game player. And if I had to pick one stake to play it would be 2/4. But I will play from 2/4 to 10/20. Once in a while I will dip into the 1/2 game, but it is not good for me. I lose interest rather quickly and play bad right away.
I used to sit on about 16 tables of 2/4, 3/6, 5/10, both PLO8 and NLO8 and both 9 handed and 6 handed of each and sometimes HU also. The problem is I would sit by myself hoping to start games. And sometimes I would sit for hours with a few hit and runs in between. It really became really annoying. The player pool for the PLO8/NLO8 community has really shrunk. This is the primary reason that I am shifting my focus to PLO. I just don't want to be left behind. As it is, I feel like I am late to the party. I have been waiting for the PLO8 boom for a while, and to no avail. If and when it comes, wow what a day. It will be a great day.
I also like to play O8 tournaments when I have a block of time that I can commit. I love playing all the big series O8 events, WCOOP/SCOOP, FTOPS, UBOC. But I am definitely not a regular on the O8 tournament circuit. As a family man, this is damn near impossible.

2.What would you consider your biggest poker achievement?
3. Favourite place in the world.

I hope so also!
1. It was a combination of things. The primary reason for me leaving was that the business was not doing very well. Years before I left, the business could not have been much better. But my father took some of our business money to invest in another business. Then he took some more, and some more, and some more. Eventually the business I was running was running on empty. Going to work was dreadful. I would go to my office only to deal with collection agencies and attorney's offices asking when they were getting paid.
Around this same time, my wife got a very good job. After a few months we decided that we were doing well enough for me not to have to go my office any longer. I had a few long talks with my Dad. He was very understanding and shockingly supportive. He told me, "you have your OWN family now, and you need to do what you to need to do to take care of them first."
For the most part, my Dad has always been supportive in whatever I do. Since I was young, he would tell me "you're a man already." You can make your own decisions already, but remember, what you reap is what you sow, and you will have to pay the consequences for decisions you will make. But my Dad has trusted my decision making for myself for a long time. On the other hand, my Mom wasn't very happy. She saw it as a life of a gambler, meaning I would be a bad husband and non existent father. At the time I had 2 baby daughters. But she has grown to accept it, root for me and be excited for me when great things happen. It did not happen overnight though. I've had to prove to her that a "gambler" can be a good or even great family man. She has probably never been prouder of me than where I am in my life right now. My sisters never said much cause they know I'm going to do what I want to do. And my non-immediate family just can't believe that a "gambler" can be so successful.
2. Consistency
My biggest achievement would have to be the consistency that I have maintained over my poker career. People come and go. People win a lot and then disappear. Just here thinking about it, there is quite a few names I don't see anymore that I considered good winning players. On my spreadsheet I have since January of 06. I have had ZERO losing months. That is crazy to me. 2006 I had 2 losing weeks, 2007-2 weeks, 2008-2 weeks, 2009-3 weeks. And this year I already have 4 losing weeks. Still that span of 9 losing weeks over the course of 2006-2009 to me is amazing.
3. My king size bed.
This one is easy. I am happiest when my wife and daughters are all on our bed, and we are either playing games, doing flash cards, watching the baby channel, hiding, playing, wrestling, tickling or all sleeping together. Definitely love it!
