What do you think is the most profitable style overall?

Let's take some situations if that is non specific.

Early stages: 9max first to open Limping everything; min raising everything; 2.5x; 3x; pot; some combination of all.

How does that differ when you change to 6max?

Opened pots: What do you think of 3betting early when deep? Flat everything?

How does the differ at 6max?

Mid stages: still thinking limping/min raise/ 3x/pot etc is a successful strategy?
have your thoughts on 3betting changed here?

Bubble play: Is it essential to win plo8 mtts by playing highly aggessive at this stage? You hinted that you had upped your aggression at this stage exactly what does that involve?

I feel that 3bets still have low fold equity even at this stage, am I wrong about that?

Final table: I feel like I play final tables too passive. I know it's there are a ton of factors to list all situations, but can you give me a general plan to improve my final table play or awareness?

i agreed lots of styles work, it really depends on the players at your table and a major factor is the buy in and prizes on offer.

i generally play tag pre flop most of the time but pretty weak after the flop preferring to check call in a lot of spots others might bet.

im pretty much never limping, especially early stages, if i play i pot in general

same goes for 6 max and im more likely to 3 bet any sort of decent hand too

9 man i dont 3 bet much if its an early pos raise unless the guy is a muppet.

6max ill 3 bet a lot more often, in fact pretty much any decent hand but ive not had a lot of experience at 6max

im ultra aggro on the bubble until someone consistently plays back....and ill attack other aggro players with any decent hand...id much rather gamble for a big stack here than min cash

bubble time is the only time ill mix my raise sizes up normally, though ill mix my monsters in there too just to stop from becoming predictable.

people will fold for 3 bets on the bubble, more than they will in normal play but in general 3bets dont get that much respect in plo8.

stack awareness is crucial on final tables, much like nlhe you dont wanna be going to war with the chip leader if your 2nd in chips and there are 5 shorties.
In general im not a caller on final tables, ill pass a3's etc if its really gonna damage my stack, id much prefer to raise and if needs be call the 3 bet

A lot of good stuff there. Really interesting point about gambling for a big a stack on the bubble. I'll have a think on some more questions.

now played the $500 hilo game 3 times....2 1sts and a 3rd and missed 20 outs for about 85% of chips in play....still hurts a little lol...though tonights 8400 makes it a bit better!

dont worry about the 3rd, i guess everyone here would be happy about one 3rd finish in 3 tries. just think of it as 2 1st in 3 tourneys and take the third as a bonus.
