What are some of the reasons you're moving to PLO? What do you think you're going to miss most about O8?

1. Traffic, lack of. Whales are endangered. I'll never find an opportunity sit with a 1000 bb stack at O8 again.

2. The satisfaction of scooping giant pots with ace high or fourth pair. Years of reads to exploit regulars.

How are the players in Europe going to play 08 events when most of them start at midnight Europe time? I don't fancy spending weeks adjusting my sleep patterns so I can play all through the night.

Running like garbage the last two days. I raise preflop a lot and the fish playing the sit n gos have decided to shove on me with anything. I should be loving it but they are hitting.

To me, "fish" is a term of contempt for someone who plays poker very poorly... someone severely lacking in "card sense"... someone who just doesn't "get it" and probably never will.

In short, to me a "fish" is someone who is (and always will be) a loser at cards.

Is that how you think of the term "fish"?

Sorry to hear. But you have to do the decision that suits you.

Have you already earlier been playing the majority of your games on PLO?
Do you feel you will have to switch completely, not keeping a foot in O8?

I think I will still be sitting here ten years from now, playing and posting occasionally, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Matt, you sure to complain a lot not only on here but on the tables. I have seen it plenty of times when railing other horses. You have done this for years...maybe it's time to switch games or turn your chat off? Maybe ban yourself from posting here for a month or so?

Regardless of how you think someone played a hand, why do you always have to post and whine about it? Even if you "kept it anonymous" you still felt the need to complain and post it on here instead of just letting it go and getting the next one. In case you didn't already know this, 08 can get a little swingy...just sayin. GL on the tables.

Toxic table talk is not good for anyone exposed to it. A game with an unfriendly atmosphere will hurt your bottom line, and those of regulars playing the same games.
