How do you feel about 3b this, would you be more or less inclinded to 3b we were just against the PFRer.

pre I like it better against only the PFR.
with a raise and a call, I want a little more, because isolation isn't a part of the decision to 3bet anymore.

make the 7d a 7s or a 5h and I like it a lot better.
i'd 3bet this hand if I know villians are very loose.

flop bet/call is fine. turn and river are close. I hate calling turn just to fold river, because on the turn you don't have much more than tptk for mediocre showdown strength, anyway.

part of why I think it's close is preflop 3betting with a hand that doesn't swing that great in both directions "thanks" to the ugly 7d. pot is now big, making it hard to fold, but also hard to flop/turn/river very good 2 way hands.

Do you mean you three-bet on the flop? If so, I probably wouldn't play that way, but I don't fault your playing that way.

Yes. As played, I want to fold to UTG's turn bet. And then I'd get up and look for another table.
