Re: Let's Talk About Regs: Stars/Full Tilt

from the old thread-- I see that Omaha Chris, usually so staunchly against 'big bet' omaha, apparently used to play PL ....so whats up with that??

Re: Let's Talk About Regs: Stars/Full Tilt

levi,

More about fedigan.

Use to play a guy a guy on PS while back - natural1 or one (cant be arsed to crank up PTO) - he was always fun - mass multi, nut low nut flush draw, straights - min opening gambit - lol.

No mention of my mate kaboom? (he will like the glory no doubt - cheer him up a bit)

-Levi, you're always improving. Keep it up
-Lol at anybody talking about Galatia's game, he's been at mid-stakes since I starting playing & likely has made more money in O8 then 99% of the people in this forum.
-Wow +400k purely from HU PLO8 sit-n-goes? If that's true, it's extremely sick IMO.

He ran bad? At least now we know when he's says it's a BS game, he's talking from real experience

Re: Let's Talk About Regs: Stars/Full Tilt

GalatiaKid probably seems easy to beat because he avoids big confrontations with regs unless he has it. His game is fundamentally strong, though I feel like I run pretty good against him.

Fedigan seems like the better player of the two, especially in 6-max. At least in the sense that he's tougher to play optimal strategy against.

I don't like this thread FWIW.

Re Galatia, I don't know much about the guy so not claiming anything, but HU SnGs are a very different skill to cash - could certainly be the case that he's -EV in SnGs but a solid winner in cash games.

Re Tatta is true, though bear in mind he's played 48,000 of them.

Re: Let's Talk About Regs: Stars/Full Tilt

I remember Fedigan being a guy I avoided when I played PL 6max .. very respectable game, 3bet me a lot OOP and hard to put on a hand. I wouldn't avoid a full table, but given the choice there seem to be better spots.

Pretty sure he lurks here.

Re: Let's Talk About Regs: Stars/Full Tilt

Still not sure I like the thread either, but enough people clamored for it and I'm not in this to be anyone's nanny. You can all talk about whatever makes you happy as long as no one is hurt in the process.

If anyone is hurt please PM me, as Buzz does not have the lead on this thread like usual.

Re: Let's Talk About Regs: Stars/Full Tilt

Levii, Please stop berating and/or educating the fish. I wasn't going to say anything but you've gone as far as to tell fish their percentages. In response to a player who was sure he got it in good you said:

leviisgodly: it shows me at 62 percent
leviisgodly: and you at 38 percent
leviisgodly: tell me how that makes yo ua favorite?

Needless to say he didn't rebuy. You're hurting the games for all of us dude.

Re: Let's Talk About Regs: Stars/Full Tilt

The fact that tatta wins as much as he does without playing the bigger cash games is pretty impressive. The guy's definitely carved out a niche and knows how to play within it.

I've never seen levi berate anyone but have just started playing with him on stars lately. Hard to shut your mouth when you know you're right sometimes.

Thanks for the compliment guesswest, were we playing one of those HUs or was it a cash game?
