Any ideas on what a bankroll should be for 5-10 LO8 w/kill? Is the big bet considered $20 or $10.?

Factor in how often the hands are kill and do the math. At my local casino I'd say somewhere between 1/4 and 1/5 of the pots are kills, so I'd determine the BB is between $12 and $12.50.
