OK got it from that. It loads but seems to have a lot of bugs; e.g. there's no scroll bar for the hand categories (I can see 10 at once but to get the next one I have to click the bottom row which makes it scroll 1). If HEM isn't maximised, the totals bar displays wrongly and the numbers are unreadable. And sorting by column header doesn't work.

Can anyone who has it working please share the actual file (not a copy paste of file contents or anything like that)
