Min. raising a min. bet with bottom set+gutter+BDFD seems bad, you are going to get a significant number of calls (basically folding out all the hands you crush) and you don't want a 3bet but you can have a lot of equity when you get them (and bare QJ might even just call and x/r safe turns, so the calls are sometimes drawing to blanks).
Any A, K, J or diamond is bad on the turn, and any low cards isn't "good" either ... esp. if he can x/r turn with AK+low draw. At least the 9 doesn't make anything

I think I'd probably raise to at least 900 and 1,200 is probably better, and then pot/call this turn. Just calling flop is OK too is too.
Even if you are min. raising wide here, I still think it'd be better to raise to 900 with your bluffs too.
