Spade 10 NLO8: nut low, AQ high, time to promote?

zoom, no reads.
the flop bet was small so I figured fold equity was there, hence my raise.
the turn gave me the nut flush draw, so I kept betting, leaving enough for a good sized river barrel.

6-handed NLO8 ZOOM table. hero is BB (posts 0.10$) and is dealt A27Q

UTG (stack: 8.50$) raises to 0.20$, SB (stack: 10$) calls, hero (stack: 13.50$) calls.

Flop (3 players, 0.60$ in the pot): 456
SB checks, hero checks, UTG bets 0.20$, SB calls, hero raises to 1.20$, UTG folds, SB calls.

Turn (2 players, 3.20$ in the pot, 9$ to play behind): J
SB checks, hero bets 2.50$, SB calls

River (2 players, 8.20$ in the pot, 6.50$ to play behind): T
SB checks, hero shoves 6.50$

should I have slowed down had the turn been an offsuit J?
I didn't make anything on the river, was left with nut low+AQ high. shove and hope?
other thoughts?

It's kind of a wash either way, once this flop happens you're getting it in and he's getting it in, regardless of the actual path you take getting to the end. So I wouldn't really worry about any particular play here.

I would often just call the flop , the plan being to get someone to fold a straight when a scary turn or river comes , I wouldn't fault your play though.
