EPT Prague (Dec 5th-16th)

There will be a 5k Euro Pot limit omaha hi lo on Sunday, the 13th. Here is a link to the structure sheet! I'm not sure how many players the 5card 5k plo8 event got in Barcelona, but I think it was a decent turn out... so hopefully this will be as well.

Actually it only got 34 players

PCA has:

$1100 PLo8 on the 10th.
$1100 Plo/plo8 4-5card on the 11th
$2200 plo8 on the 11th (after dinner)
$5300 plo8 on the 12th


and theres a few good plo as well.

It would be awesome if EPT decided to have something for us. I believe Dublin and Monte Carlo get alot of PLO already, so we should push for these 5k plo8s!

I think one of the series in Los Angeles gets big Omaha hi lo as well, over the $1k range, so things look promising.

For this years LAPC:

Mon 2/15 = flo8 $1100
Wed 2/17 = flo8/plo8 $1100
Mon 2/22 = flo8/s8 $1100
Tue 2/23 = Plo/plo8 $1650
Mon 2/29 = 7 handed plo $5250 (plo High only)

Most of these are re entries I think.

Maybe you left these out on purpose but here are some smaller ones that will run earlier in the LAPC.

Wed 1/27- PLO8 $350
Mon 2/10- FLO8 $570
Tues 2/2- PLO8 $200 w/ rebuys and add-on
Thur 2/4- BigO $570
Tues 2/9- NLO8 $200 w/ rebuys and add-on

ONLY 34 players, for a 5k 5-card o8, are you nuts? That sounds like a ****ing great turnout to me.
In Malta, the 5k 10-game got 5 players, and the 5k HORSE got 1 person and got cancelled.

I probably won't play the 5k plo8. But was tempted. I really want to play the 550 2-7 single draw at the same time. I don't think the 5k field will get more than like 25 people, but I might be wrong.
I might be up for getting some cash games running, but would rather some mixed game cash, and also I'll be playing a full schedule of events, so not much extra time, if any.

I am debating whether or not to make the trip for the 550 euro plo8 game on 15th September. All depends on finances.

I'll almost definitely be playing the 550 PLO8 though. The Malta 220 PLO8 got a pretty big turnout, and was soft (I FT'ed it), and I hope this one will be just as big and soft.

i prefer to get 5c 08 running

I want to play this but just debating whether its worth the expenses for the trip for 1 tourney, I will make my decision by the end of the week.

Is the venue in the centre of Prague does anyone know?

I'll be there for a few events obvoisuly in the €550 plo8 so will be good to see some of your in person,

And i believe its in praha 8 so not central but its only 5 mins from town,

Just remember to alsways ask the price before you get in a cab/taxi as they will rip you off. Should be no more than 150/200 czech from the center and about 600/700 from the airport.

...Or you could just get a hotel that is walking distance .

You cant get a hotel thats walking distance from both Hilton (EPT venue) and Corinthia (Prague poker festival venue)

I don't think that anything at the Corinthia has been mentioned at all up until this point..
And there isn't any O8 at the Prague Poker Festival.

It was soft as hell (FT'd it too, DID YOU BUST ME) but from a 220€ lol donkament turbo can't expect anything else

Playing the 5k in Prague too. Also interested in getting some cash games running. 5-10 or 10-20 and both 4c/5c are fine. Was too drunk in barca to try cash

Booked my flight for the 14th and 3 nights in a hotel with breakfast for just over £100. Bargain.
Won't be playing cash games though, too steep for me.

Hey I'm hosting 5/10+ @ kings or Hilton based on where people are staying. Have 5/10 running plo8 running now at corinthia which is by the Hilton kind of. Part of wpt annual series.
