I have a short write up of Scungili over in the "Other Poker Games" forum, but I realized that because the game plays very similar to 5 card Omaha Hi-Lo, there are probably a lot more people in this forum who would be interested to read about it. I considered corss posting, but then I saw this thread! Check it out, if you like PL or NL O8, definitely try this game out for a few rounds at your next dealers choice or mixed home game.
