I am not even sure if it is Russian or Ukrainian site. The software is made by a Russian company (from Tomsk, Siberia) and is not terrible, athough seems very very basic. Their promotion is mostly aimed at Russian-speaking people. They got well known Russian-speaking professionals to their roster -

I made a small deposit and more than doubled it playing PLO at anonymous tables. Didn't cash out yet
but know people who did successfully. Long term reliability - well, you never know it with poker these days, but I see no reason to trust it less than any decent Euro site or Stars fwiw.
Also, they don't support tracking software there, on purpose, but I heard pros manage to fix it somehow. I personally didn't care as I don't play more than three or four tables.
It is definitely not a prime choice for a grinder, but seems useful enough to add a couple of tables. Hopefully their traffic goes up. Poker is still growing in Russia, even in 2016.
