    My thoughts on the hand:

Preflop: Obviously this hand isn't gonna win many low pots but with two suited aces I feel like playing the hand is at least worth playing.

Potting it preflop - Is this any different from a standard 3x UTG?

Flop: With two flat calls from the blinds followed by two checks I'm not super threatened by their ranges hitting this flop better than I have (At the micros people tend to play their hand face up and being in position I would have expected have faced a bet if this connected with their hand in a major way) and while the 7 obviously counterfeits my already exceptionally weak low draw I did flop the 2nd nut high so I'm feel reasonably confident and a chop pot would even be fine with the dead money from the 3rd player overcoming the rake.

Not sure how about I feel about my cbet, the original plan was to try and extract some value from flopped 2 pairs, TPTK or TP w/ redraw whilst trying to price out any low draws which obviously have me so nearly dead. Would potting it here have achieved this better? Or a simple check behind?

Turn: Obviously a low card is fairly upsetting whilst completing a really sketchy straight but I'm still feeling okay with my set for at least half the pot so I elect to put my short stacked opponent all in.

Obviously the hand he elected to play was of pretty questionable quality (As shown by my 69.88%:30.12% equity preflop) and he had a pretty dream runout, but was there anyway I could have avoided this?

    Ts8dQd5d30.12% 210,322330,6120128,816576

This was like my fifth hand so no real reads on opponent other than he was short stacked.

About me - Reasonably new to O8 after getting off the NL boredom and have played about 4000 hands at the micros and am sunrunning a bit (I'm up 4 buyins) but I'd like to think that my play is solid as well as the variance on my side. I'm a bit less comfortable with PLO8 compared to NLO8.

Any thoughts or criticisms are welcome!

    Thanks in advance

Can I edit in the new hand replay or shall I repost it all?

Looks like you're good with the HH added, but if you prefer to have it in replayer, let me know and I'll delete this thread, and you can start a new one with the hand in the replayer.

You're getting 3:1 on the turn w/ second set and a live ace draw (which is almost never good)

PPT is unfortunately down for me, but this could easily be a fold here. You're rarely scooping.

Think you have to call here. You need something like 21 % to call and even though you're getting scooped here sometimes, you still have 18 % to boat up.

Seems pretty standard, while it's perfectly possible you could be beat both ways you're getting solid odds and you have to think that your boat outs will be good for half if he does have a straight
