Full Game, 3 good players, 3 mediocre players, 3 psychos

Hero: Button $475 Ah, 5h, Qd, 10c
Villian1: utg $600
V2: utg+2 $250
V3(psycho)lag lojack: $2k

Action:
v1 limp
v2 limp
v3 raise $20
Hero: ????????

I mucked and the flop came Kh, Jh, 2c. 2 limpers called the $20 raise

My question is...What is a good formula, if any, to decide whether to make this preflop call or not. Thoughts? Thankyou

I'm calling fairly wide with hands that flop well like this one on the button.

But 3b to 50 to iso the maniac works here as well. If he 4b, you can peel or flip.

Put your hand vs. his range into an equity calculator.
Here's a worst case scenario as an example:

ProPokerTools Omaha Hi/Lo Simulation
600,000 trials (Randomized)
Hand Pot equity Scoops Wins HiTies HiWins Lo Ties Lo
Ah5hQdTc47.28% 196,439244,9355,575166,56918,197
A23J, A23K, AA, KK, A2K52.72% 225,444349,4905,575103,09418,197

Folding is a mistake, regardless of what the flop may or may not have been. You have a top 10% hand and certainly none of the villains seem especially strong.

I prefer flatting as you should be able to play pretty well IP postflop with this sort of hand.

Take a flop, man.

You have LOADS of hi equity.

Wow, Eye opening!!! The game is typically soooo good that playing tight usually takes down the money, but seeing the sims and reading your responses gives me a better perspective. My thoughts were that I'm beat pre in both directions by all the players combined and I usually don't want to get stuck in those situations. TYTYTY
