Because Mindster is so one-diminisional, he only plays NLO8, and pretty much has one move, all-in preflop with AAxx.

Funny onthelam(stars) us a losing player, but i only have a small amount (4k) hands on him.. He is a dbag, and he has more luck then i care to remember. But for someone who is claiming to win big, he never moves up.

Maggotfeed is a shortstacking idiot, but he is a very nice guy.

one-diminisional...sounds dangerous...

he may be AIPFin the **** out of AAxx, but he has the best winrate on my PTDB for players i have over 10K hands on (bb/100 in all NL/PL50 games):

mindster1 at 8.68
candyland666 at 7.36
ManiacaLucidity at 3.90

between 5K and 10K:

GrapeVineZZZ at 8.12
kazoo222 at 5.01
Welfare Jenkins at 4.74

are those mostly nl? It just doesn't feel like those numbers would work out for pl, especially candyland's

Did you originally signup through an affiliate?

I did in the days before rakeback was available so i received $90 or $120 in cash (plus the $600 bonus from FTP). I'm pretty sure that i'm still SOL, aside from what i get from IronMan.

You can still get rakeback. Just email them and tell them you would like to have it. They will contact their affiliate - rakebackpros. It takes about a week.

Forever whining about every 40/60 'suckout'. Become a much worse player for it than I remember a while back.

Welfre, if you read here - be a man once in a while and suck it up for the team. Your doing yourself no favours, and like others have said - it puts the casual fish off - now why would you want to do that?

note: the stat i posted on welfare jenkins is from FT games only, not PS where there's a non-zero chance they're not the same person, but he is probably welfre jenkns

Kazoo222 plays the same as Mindster, only NLO8 and basically pushes with AAxx preflop or if he sees a flop pushes all in with 75%. Easy to read.

Bruce also has a roll and if he wanted too could play at any O8 stakes. Great guy and very funny.

OK..... I have played anywhere from .10/.25 to 3/6 NLO8 and PLO8 on PokerStars for close to 2 years now and most of the MTT's O8's on PokerStars at the same time and I feel pretty confident with my reviews of certain players on there. I make these comments about players out of my own opinion and notes and I am not looking to suck up to anyone on here. I am sure people have said **** about me and I know some of it is on me for being an ass on the tables but I couldnt care if people posted stuff about me on here. It's about making money.

Fedigan: Solid player who does love his 3 bets but if you push back at him he will back down if he is running bad.

DesGrippes: need I say more? Besides being a nice person just an amazing player and class on the tables.

Kuhns89: Not much is said about him but I have a ton of respect for his game and his avatar.

Predator: Great player who really studies his players.

Veron777: When he isnt tilting plays pretty well but when he gets unhinged goodbye money.

SaldSald: I am sorry. I am sure he is a good player but I have never seen a bigger luckbox. He does read players well.

Manf21: hyper aggresive player who takes advantage of those who are weak. Still see him with chips on the table though.

Mustafa: he bets you better fold. Solid player who always seems to make a profit.

Dorsal Fin: Love watching him play. Really has good reads on players.

Pandochat: Solid player but likes to bully and I have seen him hit some lucky hands.

COGOLLIN: Talk about a guy whose game has fallen off. He used to be pretty solid now it is more like a bingo with him

Pio_the_king: another player who used to be really really good but his game has just gone to ****.

littleduece: solid nit who is a good guy.

ZivTEL_AVIV: He can be tilted if you can get under his skin. He seems to hate SydSyd with a passion.

Dogsbeater/Sevup: This guy was a great micros player who ALWAYS won money everytime he played.

Whale: A legend in his own mind.

Players in tournament play:

MitchOfaKind: I watch him play and he is REALLY solid but this dude gets more bad beats than anyone I have ever seen.

Mustbetilt: top 3 MTT O8 player. Plays so flawless

Fresh43: another great MTT player. Very aggressive and smart.

AyersRule: very very good player who I see always late in tournaments.

PokinStar: I really like his aggresive play and has made a nice niche for himself.

This guy runs the best of all players I know. I have him at 60/20 over a decent sample and my AAWX will probably never beat his JT64 allin pre. But thats how you have to run to succeed in the NLO8 MTTs right. He just gets it in anytime with anything against anyone, be it rebuy period or not, yet he always ends up with the big stack going to FT, wish I knew his secrets

I know all of these players and have to agree with most. I'd say Veron's gotten a lot looser recently and doesn't demand as much respect anymore.

Actual quote from whale last night: "I hate fish more than anyone. Find someone who hates them more and I'll pay you $100." Even if there were a way to determine this, it'd be a waste of time. Guy's bitter as hell... all that time grinding baby stakes takes its toll i guess.

Is mustafa still alive? On a side note, he's the only player I can remember ever seeing fire out a yellow chip at .50/1 NLo8

I forgot to mention outlaw on PS. My god if I EVER need a upswing I sit on a table with him. 3-bet his starting hands and watch the ensuing fun. He tries to be Fedigan and Veron but fails miserably.

Few good statements made by whale:

1. Winningest player at .10/.25, has won 100K, or 150K or 200K, amount varies time to time

2. Plays mathematically perfect poker

3. Chills at his vacation estate, located somewhere in Africa

4. I'd rather play and lose to solid players then play with donks

He is a lawyer who makes a zillion dollars a year.

He has an IQ of 182.

lol...he has many quotes and outlandish statements...

he loves to berate bad players...makes a PSB with the nuts, gets called by an fish, calls it "Advanced Poker"

he does have the uncanny ability to piss people off...but he actually makes me laugh because his statements are so absurd

Wow, some actual content ITT for once. This might sound like a stupid question but is whale someone's actual SN? Or is it whale with some number or something? I don't remember playing anyone whose name was whale.

Yes that is his screen name. The story is he has been with PokerStars since the beginning. He likes to rag on people and enjoys the attention from his outlandish statements. He rarely moves away from .10/.25 NLO8 or PLO8. He plays decently but you can bully him around pretty easily.

Ah that makes sense then. I don't play 25PL, so I haven't seen him.

I haven't seen anyone mention scottyjr(81?). He seems like a fairly standard reg but occasionally makes plays that look terrible at first glance. Would be interested in knowing if he's a winner or just FPP grinder. Also, knoak (sp?) seems to always have a lot of chips and plays pretty aggro.
