Brief run down (trying to remember off the video, please watch to get full info):

Hero limps the SB in a $1/$3/$5 game with 2334

Flop comes out 35T

Hero checks, checks around to loose gambly guy who bets
Hero just calls

Turn 4
Older woman goes all in for 150, Mr Gambly calls, hero calls, other people fold

River T
Hero comes out and bets 185 into dry side pot, Mr Gambly moves in and Hero calls off.

My personal opinion is that Hero should check fold turn having failed to check raise flop with a pot sized raise and having received one of the worst possible turn cards for his hand. Failing that, Hero should be checking river and probably folding unless the bet is very small.

What are your opinions on the best way to play this hand?

Again, please watch the 14 min video which offers Bart's analysis and the full info on the hand.

pre fine
xr flop
as played, fold turn (but calling isn't terrible if 'Mt. Gambly' is calling with a lot of bad hands)
as played, xc river
as played after betting, can't fold to opponent described

What exactly are you trying to accomplish by x/c turn to extract from Mr Gambly in the side pot? Its pretty obvious that the old women has a wheel..Its basically impossible to scoop the main pot and we are always chopping the side with Mr gambly unless somehow we make a straight flush and he has no low or we fill, he makes higher spades and he has no low. (Ts, 6s or As only)

If hero calls turns it isn't neccesarily because he thinks implied odds in the sidepot are particularly valuable, he just thinks he has enough raw equity to play for half (plus he can still split the lo if an ace hits)

Hero can have 15+ outs for part of the pot, so even though fold is generally better, the extra money from a bad player who is calling with a lot of baddish hands can make it a smaller mistake/sometimes positive

Also, all in player will rarely not have a2, something like ax67 would also stuff it

Gotta agree, not x/r'ing on that flop seems like giving away too much potential value.

Sorry. Could not make it past 3 minutes. c/r flop...fold turn...c/c river depending.
