I think check raising is probably best. If you just check call, are you planning to check the turn? I think this risks giving a free card too often on a low turn and letting villain escape very cheaply (either folding a high river or chopping on a low one).

I woukd guess villain has a 3 about a quarter of the time, and it will get costly when he does. But it's not often enough to really even fold unless villain is super tight/passive.

Xr is better than xc, villain can turn a ton of good cards plus lo draws

Leading is also reasonable option

straight up betting the flop. if they dont have anything they will check and you would miss value - they are peeling for backdoors in a 3 way pot.

if you get raised then you can reevaluate... maybe you don't have the best hand.
