villain 1 (sb) - $600- quite a successful tournament player. would have better big o results if he would take it down a notch. by this i mean that he plays too wildly, especially while deep, and often doesn't quit while he is ahead. he is a pretty good hand reader, but again, is just way too overly aggressive... especially when stuck/on tilt which he is currently.

villain 2 (bb) - covers - somewhat unknown. played with him a few times. he is currently stuck a lot. he has generally played pretty tight (yet aggressive) but tonight he seems to be getting more aggressive than tight.

hero (utg) - $800 - we are stuck a little, but nothing much. haven't played any notable pots yet. known tight reg in this game.

we have: A23J9

preflop:
we pot to $20 utg, 1 caller, both villains call from the blinds.

flop: $80 - 4 players

As7c8d
villains check, hero bets $60, both villains call.

turn: $240

4s
villain 1 pots it, villain 2 thinks for about a minute and shoves.

we have nut low, double gutter and a jack high spade draw.

hero?

Can't possibly fold this with all the high outs, can we?

alright, probably a little less of an interesting spot than i thought. i just usually like to get some feedback when i play a big-ish pot and get stacked or 3/4.

Spoiler:

hero thinks for about 10 seconds and calls.

villain 1 has nut straight and nut flush draw.
villain 2 has nut low with T-high flush draw.

we are drawing to 3 outs (off suit T) to scoop villain 1 and 3/4 villain 2.

river is off suit K.

thanks for the replies

It doesnt matter that you could be getting quartered because there is one more card to come. If this was the river you would have a more complex decision imo.

On the flop or especially the turn with the nuts ALWAYS should be getting as many chips as possible in the pot. More importantly you have nut redraws. of which your opponents most likely do not.
