Mp opens,
I 3b aa69r in the co,
Btn calls 3

3 ways to the flop: 54t (3 clubs)
Mp checks,
I check,
Btn bets,
We all call

Turn: 7r
Mp checks,
I check,
Btn bets,
Mp calls,
I fold

My question is what is the plan preflop with this hand?? Is it just line up dependent?

Preflop is fine. Would sometimes flat (generally only when i can put opponent on narrow range) and moreso in a loose game but limiting the number of opponents does improve playability.

I slightly prefer betting flop without opponent reads. Its cheap relative to pot size, and even though this is a bad board for us its a good board for our overall range. Unless hero is really good at playing balanced not betting makes it pretty tough for you to represent the top of your range.
Knocking out one opponent improves our equity enormously when no one has a flush or monster like set + good low. Reads are really important and in some lineups would consider just check/folding since we can't really improve.

If only 2 clubs 100% cbet and as played we are getting a pretty good price to call

pre is standard, bet flop regardless of pf action. i'm still planning to get to sd as played although you are in the worst position for it. where you playing at?

You have a good chance to get heads-up in position with a hand that plays very well heads-up and is clearly ahead of your opponent's range. 3 betting preflop seems almost trivial to me.

On the flop, I think betting and checking are both OK.
But I don't think you can just fold the turn here. I would be pretty showdown bound unless both the river card and action are bad.
